When we experience pain and discomfort, our natural response is to alleviate the symptoms rather than address the root causes of the issue. However, without professional guidance, an individual’s condition would likely not improve and possibly further deteriorate, impacting well-being and quality of life.
B-Physica is a hybrid Physiotherapy and Rehab Pilates Centre created to help you live a pain-free and active life. We combine the art of rehab and mind-body awareness to break the pain cycle – as reflected in our name, “Physiolates Centre”.
At B-Physica, we provide you with a holistic rehab journey to recovery via an evidence-based physiotherapy approach, starting from the time you experience pain and are limited in movement to the time you obtain active recovery and achieve your optimal movement potential. Preventive physiotherapy, or prehabilitation, is when you see a physiotherapist to prepare your body for a physical goal or demand. Our
Physiotherapists can identify your individual risk factors for injury and give you the necessary tools, including educational materials and exercise-based programmes to address them. Our Active Rehab and Pilates programme aims to decrease your risk for injury and improve your performance.

Our physiotherapists focus on utilizing education, awareness, and empowerment in our treatments, ranging from teaching strengthening exercises that patients can do at home to constantly reviewing recovery goals with patients and encouraging them to strive toward them.
Pilates is a system of low-impact exercises using special apparatus designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture and enhance mental awareness.
Our certified Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructors utilize an active rehabilitation concept by integrating rehabilitation and a Pilates approach in treating many musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, women’s health, sports injuries, and post-surgery.
We believe in an Active rehabilitation approach. We utilize a recovery-based programme in which the client plays an active role and participates in the rehab, instead of relying on someone performing rehab on them. Our Active Rehabilitation Program using Pilates also provides an outlet for increased autonomy in our clients’ rehabilitation journey.
We strive to help our clients build confidence in completing the exercises and tasks performed pre-injury so that they can fully get back to the daily activities they were doing before their injury.
Most sports require repeatedly using the same muscles in the same way, which can cause muscle imbalances and hinder performance. In addition, the smaller muscle groups often get neglected in some forms of athletics. Pilates will force you into movement patterns that are lacking in other training methods.
Besides that, complementing any of your sports training with Pilates enables you to improve flexibility, rebalance the body, generate more power, improve efficiency of movement, refine your sport, as well as prevent injury (prehab) and provide rehab for those unavoidable sports injuries. On this note, incorporating a regular session of Pilates into a training programme is an excellent way of prehabbing the body – as many elite sportspeople such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Serena Williams are discovering.
