Jane Phang

Hey you! My name is Jane!
I’m a physiotherapist and also a level 1 certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Teaching has been my life!

Prior to this I was a swimming instructor for 10 years!

And now with the Pilates concept I’d love to help you understand your body better. Since we move everyday, why not do it right? Come to discover more!

I specialise in working people with stiff spine, from golfers to runners or people with scoliosis.

My physio background allow me to analyse their movement and pinpoint muscles that require work.

Nik Intan

Greetings! My name is Nik Intan. I’m a physiotherapist and a certified GEMT Dry Needling practitioner. I have also been through post covid rehabilitation and trained in Maitland Technique.

Majoring in musculoskeletal, neurological, and women’s health for 9 years. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy, specialising in Post Natal Core Strengthening. Undergoing two pregnancies has changed my body, especially my core strength.

Now in my pursuit to walk more mothers through this journey of strength and endurance, I strongly advocate mothers to get assessed so that back pain, recurrent
injury from caring for their babies, or urinary incontinence is no longer a norm in your life.

Take guided steps to pace back to your pre-pregnancy life, including confidence in your body and in sex. Whether acute or chronic, I have got your back.
